Well, the snow has melted, and spring has sprung. That means it's time to start a new season of camping.
This year we started with 5 days at Rondalyn RV resort just south of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island BC Canada.
Though the weather was a bit cold and wet we managed to have a fantastic time with visits from the grandkids and campfires in the rain.
Rondalyn Resort is a camping and RV resort located in Ladysmith, British Columbia. It’s nestled in the woods between Nanaimo and Ladysmith, and situated on the banks of beautiful Haslam Creek1. The resort provides an exceptional cabin, RV, and tenting experience.

On our second leg of this wonderful start to the season we ended up at Pacific Palms RV resort, also located on Vancouver Island, only this time north of Nanaimo in Parksville. located right on the shoreline we had great weather with some overcast skies with breaks of sunshine and awesome views.
