Surf Grove, Tofino. Round 2

What better way to take in fall, than to head out to Tofino, again.

Yup, we went back to Surf Grove Campground in Tofino.

This time we were lucky and the Rip curl pro nationals, were taking place.

The weather was, well , how can I say, very west coast.

The sun was out Saturday till late afternoon,

and then well the rain started. did not let up till the next day with lots of fog and cloudy skies.

Surf Grove has opened a new area that is mostly for tenters, but can accommodate smaller campers.

Check-in is the same.

The new sites are about the right size for a tent.

They have added some new outdoor shower and washroom facilities.

met some new friends.

Cute fella.

Had a great time roaming the beach and watching all the events.

Nothing beats the end of the day, just sitting back and soaking in the scenery.
