The resort has Three separate sections: beachside resorts Tulum & Akumal, with rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and an inland section, Coba, with suites surrounded by lush gardens. The beachside resort includes three pools, many restaurants, and Various bars/lounges. The inland section includes six restaurants/bars and four pools. Tennis courts, spa services, and casinos.
There is a section of the Akumal resort that is adults only, so no kiddies.
Also, premium drinks are rarely found or available unless you are a privileged club member with access to all the amenities throughout the three resorts
The Grand Bahia Tulum is a great place to stay for families, couples, and friends. Guests can enjoy the pools and the food truck/snack bar that has a rotating menu.

The staff at this resort is amazing and they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is relaxing.
The pools are a lot of fun, but the decks can be slippery when wet.
The town of Tulum is minutes away and worth a visit.
With its Mayan ruins at the doorstep and plenty of authentic shops to perooze, it has much to offer. there is a lot of construction going on at the time of this post and the hussle and bussle of a growing town are evident everywhere.
