A new place to camp/rv in Campbell river area. Willington point.

So we reserved a double site at Willington point recreation campground, for my daughter and grandchildren and ourselves. Turned out to be another great find.

The drive in is gravel road for approximately 14 kms. We found the road condition to be pretty good, for a forestry service road.

The sites are clean and of good size.

Wild life signs warn of the dangers that lurk in the area.

Surprisingly, there is a boat launch, with a gentle slope into the water. Also parking for your boat trailer is available, no charge.

Not much luck at fishing, but the views were beautiful.
